R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, El Taquito in El Paso has been named one of Yelp's
  Top 100 restaurants in Texas for 2021; and
         WHEREAS, Owned for 16 years by Jorge and Diana Suarez, the
  restaurant earned its place on the list with nearly 300 reviews and
  an overall five-star rating achieved over the past five years; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Suarez has brought to the restaurant industry
  knowledge and experience gained in Coahuila, Mexico, where his
  parents owned the original El Taquito; many of the dishes follow his
  father's recipes, and the flautas are a particular favorite among
  customers; and
         WHEREAS, El Taquito serves a diverse clientele, from local
  residents to Fort Bliss soldiers to travelers coming from the El
  Paso International Airport; and
         WHEREAS, Over the past 16 years, El Taquito has gained a loyal
  following, and the Suarez family may indeed take pride in its
  reputation for consistent excellence; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate El Taquito on its selection as one
  of Yelp's Top 100 restaurants in Texas for 2021 and extend to all
  those associated with the establishment sincere best wishes for
  continued success; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for the restaurant as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
