R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Allen Neel retired as the administrator of the
  Coryell County Road and Bridge Department on March 31, 2015, after
  more than two decades of dedicated service to his fellow residents;
  and
         WHEREAS, A 23-year veteran of the department, Mr. Neel
  counted among his many responsibilities responding to road-related
  crises at any hour of the day or night and helping to inspect and
  maintain the 625 miles of public roads and bridges in Coryell
  County; he has distinguished himself as administrator since 2011,
  earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and the
  public; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Neel joins his wife, Lynda, in retirement, and
  together they look forward to traveling and spending more time with
  family; and
         WHEREAS, Allen Neel's dedication, professionalism, and
  commitment to excellence have greatly benefited the citizens of
  Coryell County, and he may indeed reflect with pride on his
  achievements as he embarks on the next exciting chapter of his life;
  now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Allen Neel on his retirement as
  administrator of the Coryell County Road and Bridge Department and
  extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Neel as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
