| WHEREAS, The service of an admired Bandera County elected | ||
| official drew to a close when Robert Harris retired as county | ||
| commissioner for Precinct 2; and | ||
| WHEREAS, During his time in office, Mr. Harris served his | ||
| fellow citizens with distinction, completing a notable tenure that | ||
| spanned 15 years; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to | ||
| good governance, Robert Harris has helped make Bandera County an | ||
| even better place in which to live and work, and he has set a | ||
| standard of excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, | ||
| be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby commend Robert Harris for his service as Bandera | ||
| County commissioner for Precinct 2 and extend to him sincere best | ||
| wishes for the future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Mr. Harris as an expression of high regard by the Texas | ||
| House of Representatives. | ||
