| WHEREAS, The service of an admired Medina County elected | ||
| official drew to a close when Chris Schuchart retired as county | ||
| judge; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Over the course of his tenure, Judge Schuchart | ||
| served his fellow citizens with distinction, ably meeting the | ||
| myriad responsibilities of his office; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to | ||
| good governance, Chris Schuchart has helped make Medina County an | ||
| even better place in which to live and work, and he has set a | ||
| standard of excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, | ||
| be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby commend Chris Schuchart for his service as | ||
| Medina County judge and extend to him sincere best wishes for the | ||
| future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for Judge Schuchart as an expression of high regard by the | ||
| Texas House of Representatives. | ||
