H.R. No. 39

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The Honorable Juli Mathew has been elected as judge
of Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 3, and she is indeed deserving
of special recognition; and
WHEREAS, In fulfilling the duties of her office, Judge Mathew
will draw on a wealth of valuable experience; she has served as an
associate municipal judge for the City of Arcola, and she has
practiced law in Fort Bend and the surrounding area for more than 15
years; and
WHEREAS, Each day, public servants improve the quality of
life for their fellow citizens in innumerable ways, and the efforts
of Juli Mathew will help to make Fort Bend County an even better
place in which to live and work; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Juli Mathew on her election as
judge of Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 3 and extend to her
sincere best wishes for a successful tenure; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Judge Mathew as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
