R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, The Austin Chapter of the Gunslingers Motorcycle
  Club is commemorating the 10th anniversary of its establishment in
  2013; and
         WHEREAS, Founded by Central Texas police officers Robert
  "Hawk" Hawkins, Troy "Drive" Brown, and John "Chill" Wills, the
  Gunslingers MC brings together active and retired law enforcement
  professionals who are motorcycle enthusiasts; and
         WHEREAS, In addition to sharing their passion for two-wheeled
  adventure, members of the group support other police organizations
  and a number of worthwhile civic initiatives; and
         WHEREAS, Dedicated to riding with a purpose, the Gunslingers
  promote brotherhood, respect, and camaraderie while performing
  valuable work in the community, and it is a pleasure to honor the
  club as it celebrates this special milestone in its history; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby commemorate the 10th anniversary of the founding
  of the Austin Chapter of the Gunslingers Motorcycle Club and extend
  to the group's members sincere best wishes for the future; and, be
  it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for the club as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
