WHEREAS, Women's History Month is held in March to celebrate | ||
the myriad contributions made by women in every field and facet of | ||
our society, and this observance provides a fitting opportunity to | ||
recognize the exemplary service of Norma Favela Barceleau; and | ||
WHEREAS, Mrs. Favela Barceleau has distinguished herself | ||
through her dedicated efforts as El Paso County district clerk, and | ||
the skill and professionalism she has demonstrated in this | ||
important role have earned her the respect and admiration of her | ||
fellow Texans; and | ||
WHEREAS, Through her deep commitment to her duties, | ||
Mrs. Favela Barceleau greatly benefits the citizens she serves, and | ||
her achievements make her a worthy role model for other women in | ||
county government; and | ||
WHEREAS, The Lone Star State is fortunate to have passionate | ||
and engaged leaders like Norma Favela Barceleau, and she may take | ||
justifiable pride in her contributions and in the inspiring example | ||
she has set for others; now, therefore, be it | ||
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas | ||
Legislature hereby commend Norma Favela Barceleau for her service | ||
as El Paso County district clerk and extend to her sincere best | ||
wishes for continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it | ||
further | ||
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
prepared for Mrs. Favela Barceleau as an expression of high regard | ||
by the Texas House of Representatives. | ||
