| Relating to private road work by certain counties. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Act is to allow a | ||
| county with a population of less than 7,500 people to construct and | ||
| maintain private roads if it imposes a reasonable charge for the | ||
| work. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. | ||
