A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to a 14-day general hunting license for non-residents;
  imposing a fee.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 42.0141, Parks and Wildlife Code, is
  amended to read as follows:
         Sec. 42.0141.  GENERAL NONRESIDENT HUNTING LICENSE FEES;
  LIMIT ON PURCHASES OF 14-DAY LICENSE [FEE].  (a) The fee for a
  general nonresident hunting license is $100.75 or an amount set by
  the commission, whichever amount is more.
         (b)  The fee for a 14-day general nonresident hunting license
  is an amount set by the commission not to exceed the amount for a
  resident hunting license under Section 42.012(a).
         (c)  A person may not purchase more than four 14-day general
  nonresident hunting licenses each year.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
