imposing a fee. | ||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 42.0141, Parks and Wildlife Code, is | ||
amended to read as follows: | ||
Sec. 42.0141. GENERAL NONRESIDENT HUNTING LICENSE FEES; | ||
LIMIT ON PURCHASES OF 14-DAY LICENSE [ |

general nonresident hunting license is $100.75 or an amount set by | ||
the commission, whichever amount is more. | ||
(b) The fee for a 14-day general nonresident hunting license | ||
is an amount set by the commission not to exceed the amount for a | ||
resident hunting license under Section 42.012(a). | ||
(c) A person may not purchase more than four 14-day general | ||
nonresident hunting licenses each year. | ||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
