| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Title 1, Government Code, is amended by adding | ||
| Chapter 3 to read as follows: | ||
| CHAPTER 3. INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS | ||
| Sec. 3.001. LIMITATION ON JURISDICTION OF CERTAIN | ||
| INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. (a) The World Health Organization, | ||
| the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum have no | ||
| jurisdiction in this state. | ||
| (b) Notwithstanding any other law, a rule, fee, tax, policy, | ||
| or mandate of the World Health Organization, the United Nations, or | ||
| the World Economic Forum may not be enforced or implemented by this | ||
| state or a political subdivision of this state. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. | ||
