| WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1 has been adopted by the senate and | ||
| the house of representatives and is being prepared for enrollment; | ||
| and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, 1st | ||
| Called Session, That the enrolling clerk of the senate be | ||
| instructed to make the following correction: | ||
| In SECTION 79A.01 of the bill, in added Subdivision (7), | ||
| Subsection (b), Section 660.2035, Government Code, strike "Section | ||
| 552.151" and substitute "Section 552.152". | ||
