| WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1585 has been adopted by the senate | ||
| and the house of representatives and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 88th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the | ||
| following corrections to the enrolled version of Senate Bill | ||
| No. 1585: | ||
| (1) In SECTION 6 of the bill, in added Section | ||
| 55.31(e)(5)(D), Family Code, between "meets" and "criteria", | ||
| insert "the". | ||
| (2) In SECTION 7 of the bill, in amended Section | ||
| 55.33(a)(3), Family Code, between "meet" and "criteria", insert | ||
| "the". | ||
| (3) In SECTION 13 of the bill, in added Section 55.51(b)(3), | ||
| Family Code, between "meets" and "criteria", insert "the". | ||
| (4) In SECTION 14 of the bill, in amended Section | ||
| 55.52(a)(3), Family Code, between "meet" and "criteria", insert | ||
| "the". | ||
| (5) In SECTION 14 of the bill, in added Section 55.54(c), | ||
| Family Code, between "meets" and "criteria", insert "the". | ||
| (6) In SECTION 20 of the bill, in transferred and | ||
| redesignated Section 55.66(a)(3), Family Code, strike "Section | ||
| 574.012" and substitute "Section 574.0125". | ||
