| WHEREAS, The 89th birthday of an esteemed Texan is indeed | ||
| cause for celebration, and Tessye B. Maurer of Bulverde is | ||
| marking that special milestone on September 27, 2013; and | ||
| WHEREAS, | ||

| WHEREAS, Tessye Maurer may reflect with great satisfaction | ||
| on her commitment to the candidates and causes in which she | ||
| believes, and it is a pleasure to join her many friends and loved | ||
| ones in honoring her on this memorable occasion; now, therefore, | ||

| RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd | ||
| Legislature, hereby congratulate Tessye B. Maurer on her 89th | ||
