Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. That the Department of Health shall make efforts to obtain funding from all available federal channels for services for expecting mothers and fathers. Such services shall include options counseling, consultations, ultrasounds, lifestyle classes, post-pregnancy support, treatment for sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing, provision of information on adoption, and provision of information on available childcare services.
