A BILL to prohibit the use of state funds for the extension of
Shirley Gate Road.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. No state funds shall be used for the build or right-of-way acquisition for an extension of Shirley Gate Road from Braddock Road to the Fairfax County Parkway, north of Popes Head Road, in Fairfax County until such time as the intersection at Popes Head Road and Fairfax County Parkway in Fairfax County has been redesigned and the traffic light at such intersection has been removed.
