15101985D Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: 1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 18.2-85.1 as follows: §18.2-85.1. Use of explosive materials within one mile of dwelling house prohibited; penalty. Any person who intentionally detonates an explosive material, as defined in §18.2-85, by means of a firearm within one mile of a dwelling house is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. |
