CHAPTER 115 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 54.1-2408.3, relating to suspension of license, registration, certificate, or permit by a health regulatory agency; practice pending appeal. [H 1791] Approved March 6, 2013

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 54.1-2408.3 as follows:

§54.1-2408.3. Practice pending appeal.

Any practitioner or entity whose license, certificate, registration, or permit is suspended or revoked by a health regulatory board of the Department of Health Professions shall not engage in practice in the Commonwealth pending appeal of the board's order.
