A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 1 of
Title 54.1 a section numbered 54.1-120, relating to
professions and occupations; licensure by Governor.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 1 of Title 54.1 a section numbered 54.1-120 as follows:
§54.1-120. Licensure by Governor.
The Governor may issue a license of the kind granted by a regulatory board under this title to any person whose application for such license to such board has been denied.
