A BILL to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 30
of the Acts of Assembly of 2022, relating to
personal property tax; classification; sunset date.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the second enactment of Chapter 30 of the Acts of Assembly of 2022 is amended and reenacted as follows:
2. That the provisions of this act shall apply to taxable
years beginning on or after January 1, 2022,
but before January 1, 2025.
