Commending Wonderly Lights.

WHEREAS, Wonderly Lights, a locally owned business serving communities in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, helps bring joy to the families of deployed military service members by designing and installing holiday light displays; and

WHEREAS, Wonderly Lights offers installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of holiday light displays for commercial and residential properties; the organization has helped countless local families feel proud of their home's appearance and inspire family, friends, and guests during the holiday season; and

WHEREAS, the team of experts at Wonderly Lights help reduce stress and the risk of injury for homeowners during an already busy time of the year, allowing customers to focus on what matters most and enjoy the holidays; and

WHEREAS, recognizing that families of a deployed military service member may be struggling during the holiday season, Wonderly Lights hosted a contest for these families to win free light displays; and

WHEREAS, through its generosity and commitment to community service, Wonderly Lights brought hope, elegance, and holiday magic to the families of men and women who have served and sacrificed in defense of the nation; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Wonderly Lights hereby be commended for providing holiday light displays to the families of deployed military service members; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Wonderly Lights as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the organization's contributions to the military community in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
