Commending 30-year members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue

WHEREAS, in 2025, 11 members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue celebrate 30 years of service with the department; and
WHEREAS, every member of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue works diligently to safeguard the lives and property of community members, responding to fires, vehicle crashes, natural disasters, medical emergencies, and other crisis situations with the utmost efficiency and effectiveness; and
WHEREAS, as of 2025, Battalion Chief Kevin Artone, Captain Brian Jurgensen, Lieutenant Barry Culbertson, Assistant Chief Kurt Heindrichs, Assistant Chief Lance McClintock, Division Chief Shawn Crispin, Division Chief Tom Denner, Division Chief Erik McCoy, Battalion Chief Tom Clark, Captain Mike Darabond, and Captain Harry Wood have served with the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue for 30 years, a testament to their dedication to public safety and loyalty to their fellow firefighters; and
WHEREAS, Battalion Chief Kevin Artone, Captain Brian Jurgensen, Lieutenant Barry Culbertson, Assistant Chief Kurt Heindrichs, Assistant Chief Lance McClintock, Division Chief Shawn Crispin, Division Chief Tom Denner, Division Chief Erik McCoy, Battalion Chief Tom Clark, Captain Mike Darabond, and Captain Harry Wood have touched countless lives through their decades of achievements as public safety officers, exemplifying the department's commitment to professionalism, compassion, integrity, and excellence in all endeavors; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That these members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue hereby be commended on the occasion of their 30th anniversary of service; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the 30-year members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for their service and sacrifice on behalf of the residents of Prince William County and the Commonwealth.
