CHAPTER 128 An Act to repeal Chapter 6.1 (§§62.1-79.1 and 62.1-79.2) of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Ohio River Basin Commission. [S 1270] Approved February 21, 2017

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 6.1 (§§62.1-79.1 and 62.1-79.2) of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
