Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. The Secretary of Transportation shall evaluate (i) the impact of increased fuel efficiency and increased use of hybrid and electric vehicles on transportation revenues and (ii) potential options to provide a sustainable funding stream for transportation infrastructure, and report to the General Assembly no later than December 10, 2020.
