Delegate Foster moved to amend the bill on page 34, section 1, at the end of line 35, by inserting the following language:

 

“From the balance of the Economic Enhancement Grant Fund (fund 3382) $315,000,000 shall be transferred to the School Construction Fund (fund 3952).”
