Delegate Criss moves to amend the amendment to the bill on page 8, by striking out lines 179 and 180 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

On page 48, Item 58-Division of Human Services, line 19, by striking out the number 13,593,620 and inserting in lieu thereof the number 24,593,620;
