The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 3, line 14, adding the following language after the word “licensed social worker”:

“or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner”

And,

On page 1, line 16, after the semicolon, by inserting the word “and”,

 And,

On page 1, line 17, by striking paragraph (B) in its entirety,

And,

relettering the remaining paragraph in its entirety.
