The Committee on Political Subdivisions moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 1b, line 1, after the word “a” by striking the words “Class III city or”;

And,

On page 1, section 1b, line 4, after the word “A” by striking the words “Class III city or”;

And,

The Committee on Political Subdivisions moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 1b, line 8, at the beginning of the new subsection (c) by striking the word “A” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Notwithstanding contrary provisions in §30-29-13 of this code, a”.
