The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4933— A Bill to amend and reenact §9-5-12a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to Medicaid dental coverage; providing coverage is limited to $2,000 per two-year budget period; providing recipients must pay for services over the $2,000; and removing expired internal effective date.
