Delegate Fluharty moves to strikeout the title and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"A BILL to amend and reenact §18-8-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to home-schooled children; removing requirements to submit certain evidence on behalf of home-schooled children; and allowing a delay of transfer to home school from public schools in certain circumstances."
