The Committee on Military moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 5213—H. B. 5213 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §17-3-14b, the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to providing for one free Gold Star Family license plate to a Gold Star spouse.
