The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 22, line 44, after the word “Office” by striking the words “in the Department of Commerce”;

On page 3, section 22, line 48, after the word “Health” by striking the words “and Human Resources”;

And,

On page 3, section 22, after line 48, by inserting a new subdivision (3) to read:

“(3) The Secretary of the Department of Human Services or their designee;” and renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
