Delegate W. Clark moved to amend the committee substitute on page 10, section 60-7-8g, line 18, after the words "Qualified permit holder" by striking out the remainder of the sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "means the holder of a Class A, Class B, or Class S2 license that elects to operate within a private outdoor designated area and that has been issued a Class S4 license pursuant to §60-7-1 et seq. of this code.".

On page 10, section 60-7-8g, line 33, after the words "designated area" by striking out the words "which cannot exceed the stated private club hours of operation".

On page 11, section 60-7-8g, line 56, by striking subdivision (10) in its entirety, and renumbering all subsequent subdivisions accordingly.

And,

On page 11, section 60-7-8g, line 68, after the words "Class A" by inserting the following: ", Class B, or Class S2".
