Delegate Williams moves to amend "HB5685 HFA Rohrbach 2-26 #3" on page 3, Section 12, line 2, by striking out the words "$3 million in state dollars or more beyond" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "an amount equal to or greater than the inflation indicator for Medicare and Medicaid, as published by the Congressional Budget Office for".
