Senator Lindsay moved to amend the bill on page two, section two, lines fives through nine, by striking out all of subdivision (2), and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision (2), to read as follows:

(2) Mandates regarding scheduling and overtime, required paid leave, and efforts to reinstate the prevailing wage requirements previously repealed by the Legislature to regulate labor-management relations at the local level are examples of actions that, if taken by political subdivisions, would interfere with the uniformity of such laws across the state.;

And,

On page four, section four, lines nine and ten, by striking out all of subdivision (2) and renumbering the remaining subdivisions.
