Delegate Pushkin moves to amend "SB352 HFA Burkhammer 3-6 #1" on page 4, Section 3, following the period on line 5 by inserting a new subsection (j) to read as follows:

"(j) The provisions of subsection (h) of this section are not applicable to abortions performed pursuant to subsections (b) amd (c) of this section."
