The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page 49, section 25, line 40, by striking “§18-17A-28” and inserting in lieu thereof “§18-7A-28”;

And, on page 49, section 25, line 41, by striking “§18-17A-28” and inserting in lieu thereof “§18-7A-28”. f
