Senator Takubo moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. Senate Bill 574—A BILL to amend and reenact §5-16-20 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §5-16-30, all relating to the West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Act; reimbursement of hospital inpatient rates by the plan; reimbursement of emergency medical services providers and agencies by the plan; and naming of funds within the Public Employees Insurance Agency.
