Senator Takubo moved to amend the amendment of the House of Delegates as follows:

On page four, section forty-nine, line eighty-one, after the word "vehicle" by inserting the words: "or motor vehicles"; and,

On page seven, section forty-nine-c, line nineteen after the word "converter" by inserting the words "in this state"; and,

On page seven, section forty-nine-c, line twenty by striking out the word "considered".
