A review of 2021 Municipal Budgets on file with the WV State Auditor returned 103 municipalities that indicate an estimated revenue in Line 307 - Animal Control Tax. The total budgeted revenue for all 103 municipalities combined is $73,257.
The total combined expenditures estimated in Budget Line 707 - Dog Warden/Humane Society for the same group of 103 municipalities is $464,584 for 2021.
Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years.
Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form.
