The amount of Hope Scholarship funds available to each student participating will remain unchanged as a result of the legislation. Additionally, the Hope Scholarship Board currently permits tuition and fees at a microschool to be qualifying expenses under the Hope Scholarship Program so the legislation would only be codifying current practice.
