Code §8-13-10 relating to eliminating the municipal domestic animal tax. 98 municipalities have a total budgeted amount of $68,027 for budget line "307 Animal Control Tax". Repeal of W. Va. Code §8-13-10 will decrease existing revenue to municipalities by at least $68,027.
