A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of the Treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, to the Governor's Office - Office of Economic Opportunity Community Services, fund 8799, fiscal year 2010, organization 0100, and to Workforce West Virginia - Workforce Investment Act, fund 8749, fiscal year 2010, organization 0323, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
Whereas, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds now available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, to fund 8799, fiscal year 2010, organization 0100, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:

2 Federal Economic Stimulus 891 $ 4,000,000
And, That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, to fund 8749, fiscal year 2010, organization 0323, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:

2 Federal Economic Stimulus 891 $ 1,000,000
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement and amend by increasing existing items of appropriation in the aforesaid accounts for the designated spending units for expenditure during the fiscal year 2010.
