A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of the Treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, to the Department of Commerce, Workforce West Virginia – Workforce Investment Act, fund 8749, fiscal year 2017, organization 0323, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017.
Whereas, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017 which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, to fund 8749, fiscal year 2017, organization 0323, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:
Title II – Appropriations.

NOTE: The purpose of supplemental appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, and increase an item of appropriation in the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit for expenditure during the fiscal year 2017.
