A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Veterinary Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to schedule of fees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Veterinary Medicine.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 18, 2017, authorized under the authority of §30-10-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Veterinary Medicine to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on August 29, 2017, relating to the Board of Veterinary Medicine (schedule of fees, 26 CSR 6), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Veterinary Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to schedule of fees.
