A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to registration of pharmacy technicians.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 5. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN RESOURCES TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2017, authorized under the authority of §30-5-7 of this code, modified by the Board of Pharmacy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 18, 2017, relating to the Board of Pharmacy (registration of pharmacy technicians, 15 CSR 7), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to registration of pharmacy technicians.
