A BILL to amend and reenact §64-10-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training to promulgate a legislative rule relating to substance abuse screening, standards and procedures.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 10. Authorization for Department of commerce to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-10-1. Office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2023, authorized under the authority of §22A-1A-2 of this code, modified by the Office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 15, 2023, relating to the Office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training (substance abuse screening, standards and procedures, 56 CSR 19), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Office of Miners' Health, Safety and Training to promulgate a legislative rule relating to substance abuse screening, standards and procedures
