A BILL to amend and reenact article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to promulgate a legislative rule relating to speech-language pathology and audiology assistants.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-1. Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on June 8, 2015, authorized under the authority of section seven, article thirty-two, chapter thirty, of this code, modified by the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 4, 2015, relating to the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (speech-language pathology and audiology assistants, 29 CSR 2), is authorized with the amendment set forth below:
On page 4, Subdivision 4.1.(y), following the word “than”, by striking the word “two” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “three”.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to promulgate a legislative rule relating Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Assistants.
