A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Board of Funeral Service Examiners to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Fee Schedule.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellanous Agencies and Baords to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. West Virginia Board of Funeral Service Examiners.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §30-6-6 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Funeral Service Examiners  to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 23, 2021, relating to the West Virginia Board of Funeral Service Examiners  (Fee Schedule , 6 CSR 07), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Board of Funeral Service Examiners to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Fee Schedule.
