A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Treasurer to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Procedures for Providing Services to Political Subdivisions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Treasurer.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2021, authorized under the authority of §12-3A-6 of this code, relating to the Treasurer (Procedures for Providing Services to Political Subdivisions, 112 CSR 13), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Treasurer to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Procedures for Providing Services to Political Subdivisions.
