A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Occupational Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to fees for services rendered by the board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Occupational Therapy.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 3, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-28-6 of this code, relating to the Board of Occupational Therapy (fees for services rendered by the board, 13 CSR 03), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Occupational Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to fees for services rendered by the board.
